Background The 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA, is seeking to conduct a 3D Experience workflow assessment. The purpose of this contract is to evaluate the current digital tools, workflows, and engineering needs of the CMXG. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to DS Government Solutions Corp. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and supplies necessary to complete the 3D Experience CATIA assessment for the 402d CMXG. Key tasks include: 1. Scheduling an online project kick-off meeting within 10 business days after contract award. 2. Conducting an assessment of the current digital tools and workflows. 3. Presenting findings in an on-site meeting within 21 days after training completion, including specific recommendations, software configurations, process improvements, pricing, rollout plans, key performance indicators for success measurement, estimated timelines, and necessary training for government personnel. 4. Delivering one electronic copy in PDF format and six hard copies of the written status report developed from this proposal. Period of Performance From May 22, 2026, to June 22, 2026.
