Background The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing solicitation W519TC26QA140 for the procurement of Corrosion Resistant Steel 13-8PH Sheets. This contract supports the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). Timely delivery is critical, and early delivery is encouraged at no additional cost. Work Details The contractor is required to deliver Corrosion Resistant Steel 13-8PH Sheets with the following specifications: .090" thickness, 48.00" width, and 96.00" length, in accordance with UNS S13800 and ASTM A693. The quantity required is specified in sheets weighing approximately 720 lbs each. Delivery must meet specific requirements including: 1. Material must be delivered on a flatbed truck. 2. Material must be securely banded to a pallet/skid. 3. Loads containing multiple heat numbers must be palletized and separated by heat number. 4. All raw material must be properly labeled with easy-to-read tags and include certificates of conformance and certified test results. 5. Bundles may not exceed 5,000 lbs.
