Background The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking contractors to provide transportation process support. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective management and oversight of DLA's transportation processes, which includes continuity planning, training, strategy development, and crisis management support. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that includes objectives in services summary, a review process for contract deliverables, documentation of inspections and corrective actions, and oversight to meet PWS requirements. 2. Provide management reports at the end of the contract detailing work performed, correlating with PWS objectives and compliance with socioeconomic goals. 3. Submit weekly status reports detailing activities in support of PWS tasks by 5 PM on Tuesdays. 4. If travel is necessary, it will be managed through a bi-lateral modification with a firm fixed price travel CLIN, including trip reports detailing analysis activities during travel. 5. Ensure all contractor personnel are independent contractors and comply with training requirements directed by the COR or KO. Personnel must be U.S. citizens and maintain professionalism while on government premises.
