Background

The Passaic Board of Education, located in Passaic, New Jersey, is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide professional services aimed at creating local assessment data, organizing and displaying student data, and providing insights on student interventions regarding grouping and skills in need. Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following services: 1. Creation of local assessment data tailored to the needs of the Passaic Board of Education. 2. Organization and display of student data in a user-friendly format. 3. Analysis and reporting on student interventions related to grouping and skills that require attention. The proposal must include all necessary specifications as outlined in the competitive contracting documents.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to cover the duration of the 2026-2027 school year.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Passaic City School District, New Jersey.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with New Jersey's Affirmative Action requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.) and submit a Statement of Ownership Disclosure form. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and Contractor Questionnaire/Certification are also required with the proposal submission. Additionally, bidders must have a valid Business Registration Certificate on file with the State of New Jersey.
