Background The United States Secret Service (USSS) is a premier Law Enforcement Agency that utilizes golf cars, utility vehicles, and a first responder mini ambulance for transportation during protective operations. This solicitation is for the rental and delivery/pickup of these vehicles to support their mission. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to fulfill the Statement of Work (SOW). The procurement includes the rental of 44 gas-powered vehicles: - 29 two-passenger golf cars - 8 four-passenger golf cars - 6 Carryall 700 utility vehicles (fixed with a 42x32 bed) - 1 first responder mini ambulance (with stretcher capability). All vehicles must meet specific minimum requirements including hard canopy tops in neutral colors, color specifications (white, black or gray), a minimum speed capability of 17 MPH, fold-down windshields, placard holders, regular golf tires, and fully functioning battery indicators. The first responder mini ambulance must accommodate three attendants and one patient with specific outfitting requirements. All vehicles must be in great condition with no visible signs of rust or wear and be delivered full of gas.
