The contractor must follow their standard practices, manuals, and directives for repair work. Packaging and marking must adhere to best standard commercial practices for overseas shipment. The contractor must also provide a throughput constraint for each NSN, indicating the total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery commences. Additionally, any delays in meeting required Repair Turnaround Times (RTAT) will incur price reductions per unit per month late, unless excused due to government delays. Period of Performance Induction Expiration Date is set for 365 days after contract award date. Place of Performance Repairs will be performed at the contractor's facility as specified in the contract.
