This procurement is being requested by the Town of Davie.

Background

This notice is issued to inform interested parties that the Town intends to negotiate and award a contract for the specified products and services with only one source, as authorized by Town of Davie Code Section 2-323 (b). The contract action is not open for competitive proposals at this time.

Contract Requirements

The contract will be for the supply, maintenance, and repair of Genesis Hydraulic Extrication Equipment. Only one source is intended for this procurement, in accordance with the cited Town Code.
