The Sierra Vista Unified School District is seeking a qualified Food Service Management Company (FSMC) to manage and operate its food service programs. The selected FSMC will be responsible for the following services: - National School Lunch Program (NSLP) - School Breakfast Program (SBP) - Seamless Summer Option (SSO) Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Sierra Vista Unified School District, hereafter referred to as the School Food Authority (SFA).

Background

The SFA is committed to providing nutritious and well-managed meal services to its students and community through participation in federal meal programs. This contract aims to ensure the continued operation and enhancement of these programs.

Contract Requirements

The FSMC must have the capability and experience to operate all aspects of the NSLP, SBP, and SSO in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The FSMC will be expected to manage daily operations, staffing, menu planning, procurement, and reporting as required by the SFA and relevant authorities.
