Work Details

The selected proposer will provide a lease for approximately 53,963 net usable square feet of office space. The space must be compliant with local and state building codes, including accessibility standards as per the Americans with Disabilities Act. The proposal must include: - Adequate and convenient toilet facilities that are ADA compliant. - A minimum of 800 electrical outlets and 370 telecommunication outlet boxes. - Sufficient parking spaces: 25 for clientele, 202 for employees (if provided at no extra charge), and additional spaces for state-owned vehicles. - Compliance with maintenance standards including grounds upkeep, janitorial services, and utilities. - A climate-controlled telecommunications room and a separate LAN room if necessary. - A detailed floor plan showing the layout of the offered space.

Period of Performance

The lease term will be for an initial period of five years with options for renewal. Possession of the space is required by April 1, 2027, or as soon thereafter as possible. Construction must begin within six months from Council of State approval.
