Comprehensive Nursing Education Resources to Enhance Student Success

Background

The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of Lehman College, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive educational resources and tools aimed at enhancing student success in the College's nursing programs. The goal is to improve student performance through reliable assessments and preparation products that align with the nursing program curriculum, particularly in preparation for the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) and professional nursing careers. Lehman College offers rigorous undergraduate and graduate nursing programs, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master's in Nursing program with specialized training.

Work Details

The selected vendor will provide a complete review and testing solution that includes: - Customized Unit and Final Exams for both undergraduate and graduate nursing students. - Standardized Exams for RN and Graduate Programs. - RN and APRN Case Studies, Practice Tests, Clinical Skills Videos, Adaptive Quizzing aligned with NextGen NCLEX-RN, ANCC/AANP. - Additional resources such as NCLEX workshops, test-taking strategies, dosage calculation tools, interactive virtual simulations, and simulation-building software. - Customer support including training resources for faculty (minimum 40 hours), troubleshooting assistance, and structured onboarding processes for students and faculty.

Period of Performance

The anticipated contract term is five (5) years, starting on or after January 1, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the Lehman College campus Nursing Education, Research and Practice Center building.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must have at least three (3) years of experience providing similar services in nursing education. They must also have a verifiable operating history of at least five years with four clients similar in scope to Lehman College’s Nursing Program. Additionally, proposers are required to submit a Supplier Diversity — MWBE/SDVOB Utilization Plan or Request for Waiver form.
