Background

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Information Technology (IT) professional services to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The SWBNO is responsible for maintaining public water treatment, sewerage systems, and drainage for the City of New Orleans. The goal of this contract is to augment the Board's technical workforce with skilled personnel and management oversight in various IT domains.

Work Details

The contractor will provide IT professional services including: 1. **Enterprise Application Support**: Ongoing support for platforms like Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Customer Information System, Enterprise Asset Management System, and Dayforce. 2. **Infrastructure and Operations**: Help desk support, PC deployment, network administration, server operations, and data center management. 3. **Cybersecurity Services**: Governance, risk management, compliance oversight, and incident response support. 4. **Operational Technology Support**: SCADA systems support including PLC programming and compliance activities. 5. **Information Management Services**: Support for digital transformation initiatives and records management compliance. All services will be authorized through individual Task Orders that specify positions, qualifications, deliverables, and performance standards.

Period of Performance

The contract will be established as a multi-year agreement with ongoing Task Orders issued as needed based on operational requirements.

Place of Performance

Services will primarily be performed at SWBNO facilities in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must demonstrate qualifications to perform the required services and comply with SWBNO policies regarding workplace conduct and information security. All personnel must undergo background checks and security screenings as required by the Board.
