Background The Department of the Air Force Foreign Liaison Office (DAFFLO) is responsible for hosting Air Attaché Tours 2-3 times per year, aimed at providing foreign air attachés with tours of U.S. bases and regional cultural experiences. These tours support the DAF mission of strengthening relationships with allies and partner nations. The Spring 2026 Air Attaché Tour will take place in Florida, specifically including Key West and Joint Interagency Task Force-South Command facilities. Work Details The contractor shall provide ground transportation services for approximately 50 attendees (including attaches and spouses) during the Spring 2026 Air Attaché Tour. This includes: 1. Providing appropriate vehicles such as motorcoaches, minibuses, or vans that are safe, properly maintained, climate-controlled, and compliant with all transportation regulations. 2. Ensuring vehicles have a functioning microphone or public address system for government personnel use. 3. Accommodating passengers and their luggage (up to two standard suitcases per person) without compromising safety or seating. 4. Meeting installation access requirements for NAS Key West and JIATF-S secure areas, including passing background checks for drivers. 5. Designating an on-site Contract Manager responsible for contract performance. 6. Complying with OSHA standards and all federal, local, and state laws and regulations. 7. Not performing inherently governmental functions or personal services. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from June 7 to June 9, 2026.
