The Cedarhome Dr & Park Dr Water Main Replacement Project is initiated by the City of Stanwood, Washington. It aims to replace existing water infrastructure to enhance the city's water supply system. Specific tasks include: - Clearing and grubbing - Removal of cement concrete traffic curb and gutter (120 LF) - Removal of cement concrete sidewalk (370 square yards) - Installation of crushed surfacing base course (60 tons) and top course (240 tons) - Installation of high-density polyethylene pipe (560 LF) - Connection to drainage structures and existing water systems - Installation of various gate valve assemblies and fire hydrant assembly - Property restoration including topsoil type A (20 cubic yards), cement concrete curb and gutter (290 LF), pedestrian curb (125 LF), sidewalk (290 square yards), and pavement markings.
The contract performance period is set for 105 days from the notice to proceed, which is expected to commence within five working days after award.
The work will be performed in Stanwood, Washington, specifically along Cedarhome Dr NW, Park Dr, and adjacent alleys as outlined in the project specifications.
