The U.S. Army intends to conduct a Threat Coordination Group (TCG) engagement with cleared industry partners to support understanding of emerging and evolving threats relevant to the Army's Command and Control (C2) and Counter C2 portfolio. This engagement will provide a forum for classified, two way discussions between Government intelligence analysts and qualified industry participants to improve shared awareness of global technology trends, threat capabilities, survivability and lethality challenges, and Counter UAS/Counter GPS considerations. Information gathered will help inform future capability development and identify requirements for intelligence data and threat models. This Special Notice is not a solicitation and will not result in a contract award. Participation is voluntary and limited to U.S. companies with an active facility clearance.

Background The U.S. Army is conducting a Threat Coordination Group (TCG) engagement with cleared industry partners to enhance understanding of emerging threats relevant to the Command and Control (C2) and Counter-C2 portfolio. This initiative aims to facilitate classified discussions between Government intelligence analysts and qualified industry participants, improving shared awareness of global technology trends, threat capabilities, and challenges in survivability and lethality. The information gathered will inform future capability development and identify requirements for intelligence data and threat models. Participation is limited to U.S. companies with an active facility clearance. Work Details The TCG engagement will focus on facilitating dialogue regarding: - Peer and near-peer technology trends - Threat electronic warfare and cyber capabilities - Survivability and lethality challenges in contested environments - Counter-UAS, Counter-GPS, and emerging threat considerations. Discussions will be conducted at the SECRET//NOFORN level, ensuring that no classified information is posted publicly. Industry participants are expected to have experience supporting command and control systems, sensors, sUAS, electronic warfare, or threat modeling. Interested parties must submit unclassified information including company name, CAGE code, primary contact details, confirmation of facility clearance level, a brief description of relevant capabilities, areas of interest related to armor or anti-armor threats, anticipated number of attendees with clearance levels, and logistics. Period of Performance The engagement is scheduled for 9-11 June 2026. Place of Performance Cleared facility in Charlottesville, VA.
