Background The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Administration (ADM) requires a sole source bridge contract with OCT Consulting LLC to provide contract administration and contract closeout support services. This justification supports the issuance of a sole source six-month bridge contract to OCT Consulting LLC due to unanticipated changes in federal regulations and procurement delays caused by a government shutdown. Work Details The bridge contract will ensure continuity of critical services including: - Support for post-award modifications - Closeout actions - Data validation - Reconciliation - Related administrative activities. The incumbent contractor, OCT Consulting, is uniquely qualified to continue these services without interruption due to their familiarity with NRC's acquisition policies and existing personnel clearances. Period of Performance The proposed bridge contract consists of a six-month base period starting from May 1, 2026, and an option period extending until January 31, 2027. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the NRC's facilities.
