Increase User License count to all users for Entra.

Background

The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) to increase the user license count for Entra, specifically for the ReACT software. The goal of this contract is to provide additional user licenses to support self-service password reset functionalities, thereby enhancing the agency's identity access management capabilities.

Work Details

The contract involves providing 60,000 additional user licenses for the ReACT software. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for ReACT and is required to submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that the proposed software is virus-free and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their proposal. The Master Contractor shall also furnish all necessary agreements related to software licensing and must not impose restocking fees for returned items due to damage or incorrect shipments.

Period of Performance

The performance period will commence upon award and will be defined in accordance with the delivery schedule specified in the proposals. Invoices must be submitted within 10 days of delivering the equipment.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at the Department of Information Technology, located at 100 Community Place, 2nd Floor, Crownsville, MD 21032-2037.

Bidder Requirements

Only Master Contractors awarded under the COTS 2012 Master Contract are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must ensure compliance with specific requirements including being an authorized reseller for ReACT and providing necessary documentation such as LOAs and proof of delivery.
