Background The Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is seeking Portable Toilet Rental and Maintenance Services for its Glynco campus located in Brunswick, Georgia. The FLETC's mission is to train law enforcement personnel from various partner organizations, ensuring they are equipped to protect the homeland. This contract aims to provide essential sanitation services to support the training environment. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for the collection and disposal of waste from portable toilets at the FLETC. Key tasks include: - Rental and maintenance of 19 portable toilets. - Relocation of portable toilets as needed. - Pumping out services for two FLETC-owned portable bathrooms. - Compliance with Georgia Department of Natural Resources regulations and federal waste disposal regulations. - Ensuring all portable toilets are clean and in good working condition, with regular inspections and servicing twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. - Coordination with the FLETC representative for placement and relocation of units. - Maintenance of records related to service schedules, inspections, and quality control reports. - Implementation of a safety plan that complies with OSHA standards. Period of Performance The contract will have a phase-in period from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, followed by a base period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. There are four option periods extending through August 31, 2031.
