Fulton County, Georgia is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide Asphalt/Concrete Pavement Maintenance and Repair Services on an as-needed basis. The contract is issued by the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, aiming to maintain and repair asphalt and concrete pavements within the county's jurisdiction.

Work Details

The scope of work includes: asphalt overlay, pothole repair, asphalt seal coating and crack repair, pavement striping, stenciling and wheel stops, driveway apron replacement, driveway apron repair, sidewalk repair, new steps, concrete curb and cutter replacement. Bidders must furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for these services. Specific tasks include removing asphalt and base material from designated areas; replacing it with compacted materials and asphalt; milling existing damaged asphalt; applying overlays; ensuring proper temperature during application; rolling for compaction; curing time before striping; and adhering to specifications for surface preparation.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on January 1, 2027, and will end on December 31, 2027. There are options for two one-year renewal terms subject to approval by the County Board of Commissioners.

Bidder Requirements
