Background The Pennsylvania Army National Guard (PAARNG) requires contractor support to sustain Central Issuing Facility (CIF) operations at Fort Indiantown Gap. The goal of this contract is to provide an estimated 3840 manhours annually to enhance customer throughput, maintain accountability documentation, support readiness, and reduce delays in CIF operations related to Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE). Work Details The contractor shall provide support services for the CIF, which includes the following tasks: 1. Issue, exchange, turn-in, and record management of OCIE; 2. Warehouse management and customer service functions; 3. Supervision and scheduling of personnel; 4. Maintenance of accurate suspense files and customer records; 5. Processing of CIF transactions with less than 2 errors out of every 100; 6. Timely customer service support with a target of 95% compliance in processing customer requests; 7. Reporting discrepancies within one workday; 8. Support for issue, turn-in, and warehouse operations in accordance with local CIF procedures; 9. Tracking customer volume and OCIE transactions accurately on directed spreadsheets or reports. Place of Performance Fort Indiantown Gap
