Background The Rosebud Demolition Services project is initiated by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Great Plains Regional Office, aimed at addressing a structure located in Rosebud, South Dakota. The mission of this project is to demolish a single-family housing unit that has suffered extensive fire damage and is in a deteriorated state. The goal is to completely remove the structure and restore the site to match the surrounding natural landscape. Work Details The contract encompasses the following construction tasks: 1. Complete demolition of Building 28 in Rosebud, South Dakota, which includes the removal of bulldozed stone walls and all debris resulting from the structural fire. 2. All fire-related debris must be excavated and removed from the site. 3. The contractor is responsible for backfilling and restoring the site to a natural condition as per the attached drawings and specifications. 4. The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and personnel required for a fully restored site. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is set for 90 days following the notice of award. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Rosebud, South Dakota.
