Cisco Learning Credits

Background

The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) is seeking a vendor to provide Cisco Learning Credits for its Infrastructure and Operations team members. The goal of this contract is to enhance the team's capabilities through the acquisition of training credits for Cisco products.

Work Details

The contractor will provide 500 Cisco Learning Credits, specifically identified as Part Number TRN-CLC-001, which includes 100 training credits that expire in one year. The total quantity may be adjusted based on funding availability. Bidders must submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) demonstrating their authorization to distribute Cisco Learning products in Maryland, along with a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Additionally, bidders must provide estimated ship dates for each item listed in the Contract Bid Form.

Period of Performance

The contract period is set for twelve (12) months, with all items required to be delivered no later than June 1, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Enterprise Technology, located at 201 West Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must demonstrate authorization to distribute Cisco Learning products by submitting a Letter of Authorization with their bid. They must also include a W9 form. Bids must be submitted electronically via eMMA or email and should be password protected. The total bid amount cannot exceed $50,000.
