Construction Managers for Pre-Construction & Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Carroll County Public Safety Training Center Phase II

Scope of Work

The County Commissioners of Carroll County are seeking qualifications from experienced Construction Managers at Risk (also known as Construction Manager as Constructor, or CMc) for the Carroll County Public Safety Training Center Phase II project in Westminster, Maryland. The selected firm will be responsible for: - Providing comprehensive pre-construction services - Delivering construction management as constructor services throughout the duration of the project

This solicitation is issued by the County Commissioners of Carroll County, referred to as the Owner.

Background

The County is advancing the next phase of development for the Carroll County Public Safety Training Center. This project is a key initiative to enhance public safety infrastructure in Westminster, Maryland. The solicitation is being managed through the public bid process by the County's Office of Procurement.
