The County is seeking information regarding the provision of Limitorque-brand actuators, actuator parts, accessories, and repair services. The work includes: - Supplying Limitorque-brand actuators and related parts and accessories - Providing repair services for Limitorque-brand equipment - Ensuring preventive maintenance is performed in accordance with Limitorque manufacturer recommendations to maintain warranty compliance These actuators are essential for maintaining uninterrupted wastewater treatment operations, which are required to remove 85 90% of contaminants including biochemical oxygen demand, nutrients, and pathogens prior to disposal. Proper functioning of this equipment is critical to meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and to avoid facility non-compliance or disruption of environmentally safe wastewater treatment.

Background

Flowtech Inc. is currently identified as the sole municipal representative for Limitorque-brand products and the exclusive provider of the necessary parts, accessories, and repairs. The County relies on these products for critical operations, and preventive maintenance must follow manufacturer guidelines to maintain warranty and operational compliance.

Contract Requirements

Any provider must be able to: - Supply genuine Limitorque-brand actuators, parts, and accessories - Deliver repair services that meet manufacturer standards - Perform preventive maintenance as specified by Limitorque to ensure warranty compliance Failure to meet these requirements could result in significant operational and regulatory risks.
