Architectural & Engineering Services Qualified Pool

Background

Ocean County College is seeking to establish a pool of qualified consultants and professional service providers for architectural and engineering services. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the College has access to a range of professionals who can assist with various projects throughout the fiscal year. This includes compliance with the State's 'Pay to Play' legislation under the 'Fair and Open' process.

Work Details

The selected firms will provide a variety of services including: 1. **Professional Architectural Services**: Programming, concept designs, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, contractor bid documents, permitting, bidding administration, contract administration, preparation of studies and reports, attendance at meetings, and general consultation services. 2. **Landscaping Design Services**: Hardscape design, site improvements, site lighting, preparation of concept designs and reports, final designs, specifications, contractor bid documents, bidding administration, contract administration, attendance at meetings, and general consultation services. 3. **Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection Engineering Services**: Equipment analysis, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, contractor bid documents, permitting, bidding administration, contract administration, preparation of engineering studies and reports. 4. **Civil Engineering Services**: Site analysis and infrastructure assessment including parking analysis and traffic studies/engineering. 5. **Structural Engineering Services**: Structural analysis for foundations and building structures. 6. **Environmental Services**: Environmental assessments and impact statements.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract will be throughout the fiscal year as needed for various projects.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at Ocean County College located in Toms River, New Jersey.

Bidder Requirements

Respondents must demonstrate their capabilities to perform the required services. They must comply with all applicable affirmative action requirements and possess appropriate federal and state licenses.
