Biomedical Research Building - Equipment

Background

New Mexico State University (NMSU) is the state’s land-grant university, established under the Constitution of the State of New Mexico, and governed by a five-member Board of Regents. NMSU serves the educational needs of New Mexico’s diverse population through comprehensive programs of education, research, extension education, and public service. The goal of this contract is to procure laboratory and scientific equipment for the Biomedical Research Building.

Work Details

The contractor will provide equipment as specified in Exhibit A. This includes laboratory and scientific equipment and supplies, refrigeration equipment and accessories, and veterinary equipment. The proposal must include warranty, delivery, and installation for the equipment provided. Respondents must ensure that their proposed equipment meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in Exhibit A.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from May 10, 2026, when proposals are issued, until June 10, 2026, when proposals are due.

Place of Performance

The performance will take place at New Mexico State University locations as specified in the contract documents.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have a Resident Business or Native American Resident Business Certificate issued by the State of New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department. Additionally, bidders must provide proof of insurance (Certificate of Liability) with their proposal.
