Background The San Ildefonso Day School, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of fire-rated door assemblies throughout its campus. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the following tasks: - Remove and dispose of 37 existing door assemblies (15 exterior and 22 interior). - Install 15 new exterior fire-rated door assemblies equipped with panic hardware, thresholds, and weather sealing. - Install 22 new interior fire-rated door assemblies featuring ADA-compliant lever hardware. - Integrate all new hardware with the existing master key system using the facility's interchangeable cores. The contractor must ensure that all work complies with applicable fire and life safety codes, including NFPA 80 and New Mexico state building codes.
