Background

The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking skilled suppliers for the Operation and Maintenance of the Margaret Allen Middle School Tennis Court Facility. This initiative aims to secure experts in facility operation, maintenance, and upkeep, emphasizing the government's commitment to providing high-quality athletic facilities that promote a healthy and active student body.

Work Details

The contractor will operate, maintain, and invest in the newly constructed tennis facility at Margaret Allen Middle School. Responsibilities include providing full upkeep, repairs, and regular maintenance at no cost to MNPS. The contractor will also have access to use the courts for approved programming. All goods and services will be requested by Purchase Order on an as-needed basis, with no minimum guarantee of orders from the contractor.

Period of Performance

The contract term will begin on a date specified in the contract and may extend up to sixty (60) months with proper approval.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Margaret Allen Middle School Tennis Court Facility located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Bidder Requirements

The contractor must possess all necessary licenses, permissions, certifications, and legal qualifications to perform under this contract. Additionally, proof of insurance is required naming MNPS as an additional insured party. The contractor must also comply with criminal background checks for employees who will have contact with students.
