Background The contract is issued for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Missouri-26, which is an annual training requirement of the Army JROTC program. The contractor will provide essential support services including meals, lodging, and facility usage for cadets and cadre participating in the event from 27 May to 31 May 2026. The contractor will not exercise supervision over service providers but will be accountable for all services rendered. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to perform the following tasks: 1. Provide breakfast meals for 1,600 cadets. 2. Provide lunch meals for 2,000 cadets. 3. Provide dinner meals for 1,200 cadets. 4. Provide special dinner meals for 400 cadets. 5. Provide breakfast meals for 280 cadre members. 6. Provide lunch meals for 350 cadre members. 7. Provide dinner meals for 210 cadre members. 8. Provide special dinner meals for 70 cadre members. 9. Provide lodging for a total of 400 cadets and 24 cadre members. 10. Ensure facility usage as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must also set up and maintain serving lines during meal times and provide necessary serving equipment. Period of Performance From 27 May 2026 to 31 May 2026.
