Background This requirement is a non-personal services contract issued by the Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program to provide meals, lodging, training, and facilities for cadets and cadre conducting the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Buffalo-26. The goal of the contract is to support the annual training requirement of the JROTC program by ensuring that all associated support requirements for JCLC Buffalo-26 are met, including providing trained staff for meals and training activities. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver meals, lodging, and training facilities as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: 1. Conducting a resource working group on 3 June 2026. 2. Providing meals for 110 cadets and 18 cadre from 24-27 June 2026. Meals include breakfast (330 each), lunch (440 each), and dinner (330 each) for cadets and additional meals for cadre. 3. Facilitating various training activities such as Canoeing, High & Low Confidence Courses, Leadership Reaction Course, Obstacle Course, Rappel Tower, and Land Navigation during the event. Period of Performance The period of performance is from 3 June 2026 to 27 June 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Fort Knox, KY.
