Background The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services for the 2026 Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Exercise scheduled for June 16-18, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all services are co-located to maintain operational integrity. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. **Lodging Requirements**: Climate-controlled accommodations for 60 Cadets and 13 Cadre, with separate male and female facilities, including necessary bathhouses and bedding. 2. **Meal Services**: Full meal preparation and service for all participants, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner with specific dietary considerations. 3. **Training Facilities**: Co-located training areas including high ropes, low ropes, orienteering courses, swimming pool access for safety training, and science/technology activities. 4. **Medical Services**: Medical coverage available 24/7 during the event. 5. **Safety and Security**: Compliance with fire and safety codes; provision of security measures to ensure a safe environment. 6. **Miscellaneous Services**: Provision of landline telephones and portable latrines at remote training sites as needed.
