Resource Fair Items - Office of Public Safety

Background

The City of Philadelphia is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for various resource fair items to support the Office of Public Safety. The goal of this contract is to procure promotional and safety items that will be utilized in public safety initiatives, enhancing community engagement and awareness. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on what is deemed in the best interest of the City.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following items: 1. Retractable 4GB USB Flash Drive Key Ring - Blue color with Office of Public Safety logo, size 2.00" x 1.20" x 0.43". 9. Zippered Vinyl Portfolio – Debossed (Imprinted) - Blue color with Office of Public Safety logo, includes organizer panel and refillable notepad, size 13½ x 10 x 1½ inches. 10. Customized Big-7 all-week pill box - Assorted styles (average MSRP: $79.95-$84.95). 11. Basic Personal Care Kit - Includes clear pouch, toothpaste, travel toothbrush, deodorant, body wash, first aid kit; Royal Blue color with Office of Public Safety logo. 12. Period of Performance

The contract term will commence on the effective date specified in PHLContracts and shall automatically terminate after a period of 365 days.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to designated locations within the City of Philadelphia as specified in the Purchase Order.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit quotes electronically through PHLContracts and must have legal authority to bind their company as described in the Consent and Authorization Agreement submitted at vendor registration.
