Consulting Services for the College of Arts and Sciences

The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) at the University of Vermont seeks to restructure the staffing and delivery of administrative and financial services by establishing a specialized finance hub and removing finance-related tasks from generalist administrative positions. CAS comprises 14 departments and 16 programs. Current departmental administrative and finance staffing includes three hub supervisory positions, three school/program supervisors, three financial analyst positions, and twenty-seven generalist administrative positions. CAS seeks completion of this work by September 2026.
