The City of Toledo is seeking qualified bidders to provide Sewer & Water Kills services citywide. The scope of work includes: - Performing sewer and water kill operations throughout the City of Toledo as needed.

Background

This contract aims to address the need for systematic sewer and water kill services across the city to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with municipal standards.

Contract Requirements

- All City forms must be completed and attached to the bid submission. Required paperwork includes: Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Conditions, Contract Specifications, Primary and Subcontractor Forms, Living Wage Contract Addendum, and Best Bid Criteria. - Additional required forms include: Signed Construction Contract, Bid Guaranty (5%), and Tax Exemption Certificate, as indicated in the Response Type and Other Details sections. - Upon award, the contractor must provide a Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and PLA (if applicable). - The successful bidder is required to submit certified payrolls to the City for all labor performed on the project, starting two weeks after the project start date and weekly thereafter. - Prevailing wages are required for this project. Contractors and subcontractors are obligated to make payments in accordance with prevailing wage determinations. Submission Instructions

- All required City forms and supporting documentation must be completed and attached to the bid submission. - A pre-construction meeting with the Contract Compliance office is mandatory prior to the commencement of work.
