Background The solicitation FA251726Q0012 is issued by the 21st Communications Squadron for Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) at Space Base Delta 1 (SBD1) and Space Base Delta 41 (SBD41). This contract aims to provide comprehensive local exchange access services, IP access transport services, and intra-Local Access Transport Area (LATA) interconnect functions to support the mission of the United States Space Force. The goal is to ensure reliable communication services for government operations while adhering to federal standards. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, test equipment, and design layout required for local access and transport services at designated demarcation points. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining circuit operations up to termination points. Services include operator assistance, directory assistance (DA), emergency 911/E911 services, and long-distance services. The Contractor must comply with all relevant regulations from the FCC, PUC, DOD, AF, and industry standards.
