Background The 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado, is seeking to procure a 1 MegaWatt (MW) mobile emergency power generator rental as part of their mission to ensure operational readiness and support for various activities. This acquisition is designated as a 100% small business set-aside, emphasizing the agency's commitment to supporting small businesses in government contracting. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Rental of a 1 MegaWatt Mobile Emergency Power Generator for a period of 30 days, with options to extend for two additional 30-day periods. 2. Provision of 300ft of 20-0000 AWG cables with Camlock connections for the generator. 3. Delivery, staging, and installation of the generator and cabling at the facility, ensuring it is tied into the facility and primed for operation within 7 calendar days after receipt of award. The rental period will commence once the generator is fully operational. 4. Compliance with all RFQ requirements including submission of a quote, technical description of services, warranty details, company information including CAGE Code or UEI number. Period of Performance The initial rental period is 30 calendar days, commencing upon installation and operational status of the generator.
