Background The Department of State (DoS) is issuing a draft notice for the Next Generation Passport Personalization Printers solicitation, which will be released in final form shortly. This is a single-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. The DoS Office of Acquisition Management (A/LM/AQM) will issue Firm Fixed Price (FFP) or Time and Material (T&M) Delivery/Task orders. Hybrid task orders may also be issued. Work Details The contract requires support services for warehouse, security augmentation, relocation for Agency moves, decommission/disposal of printers, and other related tasks. The contract includes minimum and maximum quantities for high capacity printers and low capacity printers, pricing for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), billing of Other Direct Costs (ODCs) on a cost reimbursable basis, and travel costs reimbursement. The contractor is responsible for various deliverables including Kick Off Meeting/Briefing, Program Management Plan, Security Operations Plan, Capacity Management Plan, Government Property Report, Knowledgebase Articles, Process/GAP Analysis, Weekly Activity Report, Monthly Contract Status Report, Earned Value Management, Standard Operating Procedures, Subcontractor Performance Report, Final Transition-In Plan, Transition Meetings and/or Updates, Transition-Out Plan, End of Transition De-Briefing, Comprehensive Security Plan, Installation and Integration Plan, Equipment Manuals, Maintenance Plan for High-Capacity Personalization Printers and Low Capacity Personalization Printers among others. Period of Performance The period of performance will be specified in each Delivery/Task Order issued under the contract.
