Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for fire alarm and sprinkler maintenance, testing, and inspection services at various locations including the Oklahoma City VAMC and Lawton Main Outpatient Clinic. The goal of the contract is to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations through regular maintenance and inspections of fire control equipment. Work Details The contractor will provide the following services: 1. Annual maintenance, testing, and inspection services at Oklahoma City VAMC. 2. Semi-Annual maintenance, testing, and inspection services at Oklahoma City VAMC. 3. Quarterly maintenance, testing, and inspection services at Oklahoma City VAMC. 4. Monthly servicing and troubleshooting at Oklahoma City VAMC. 5. Annual maintenance, testing, and inspection services at Lawton Main Outpatient Clinic. 6. Semi-annual maintenance, testing, and inspection services at Lawton Main Outpatient Clinic. 7. Quarterly maintenance, testing, and inspection services at Lawton Outpatient Clinic.
