The program seeks an established seller of video games who can supply these kits consistently. Work Details The contract requires the delivery of 1 box kit each for 20 locations monthly. Each box kit will contain 6 newly released video games, with all 20 locations receiving the same 6 games every month. Specific requirements include: - A commercially available website with a multi-tier web-based purchasing system for reviewing and selecting available video games. - Access to information such as reviews, selection lists, release dates, publisher's list prices, video game covers, and descriptions. - DAF Libraries will have unique logins to select items, build carts, and submit selections. - Items must be shipped in complete sets of 6 games per location on a monthly basis, packaged and labeled separately. - Shipping must be via U.S. Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail or similar to APO addresses in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. No international shipping is required. - The vendor must provide customer service support for resolving service issues. Period of Performance Monthly deliveries are required for an ongoing period as specified in the solicitation.
