Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this contract for the purchase and delivery of siding materials to the Elizabeth B. Morton National Wildlife Refuge located in Sag Harbor, NY. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary materials for the construction and maintenance of facilities within the refuge, specifically for the Visitor Contact Station and Visitor Restroom. Work Details The contractor is responsible for ordering and delivering the following siding materials: - 2455 Sq ft of 7" rough sawn shingle vinyl siding - 96 FT of 7" rough sawn shingle vinyl siding corner pieces - 40 EA of 3/4" J-channel color matched to siding, 12'6" industry standard length - 30 EA of starter strip, 12'6" industry standard length - 19 EA of 1"x12"x18' - 100% cellular PVC trim board - 32 EA of 1"x6"x18' - 100% cellular PVC trim board - 2 EA of 1"x48"x96' - 100% cellular PVC trim board - 4 EA of 2-3/4" hidden screw - white smooth screw and plug, totaling 250 linear ft with setting tool (375 screws & 400 plugs). All materials must be delivered free from damage or defects and must meet the specifications outlined in the attached specification sheet. Period of Performance Delivery is required no sooner than August 3rd and no later than August 7th, 2026. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Elizabeth B. Morton National Wildlife Refuge, located at 2595 Noyack Rd, Sag Harbor, NY 11963.
