On-Call HVAC Maintenance & Repair

Background

The Town of Westborough is issuing this Invitation to Bid (IFB 27-0044) for On-Call HVAC Maintenance and Repairs at various town buildings. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of HVAC systems within the town's facilities, supporting the town's mission to provide safe and comfortable environments for its residents and employees. Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for conducting yearly routine maintenance on HVAC systems as well as any related service work that may be required. This includes but is not limited to: performing inspections, cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and replacements of HVAC components as necessary to ensure optimal performance. The services will cover all HVAC systems located in various town buildings.

The contract will be performed over a period of three fiscal years, with the maximum end date set for June 30, 2029.

The services will be performed at various Town Buildings in Westborough, Massachusetts.
