The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for a Master Data Management and Analytics Solution. This initiative aims to enhance the agency's capabilities in managing and analyzing data effectively to support its mission.

Work Details

The contract involves providing a comprehensive Master Data Management and Analytics Solution, which includes but is not limited to: - Implementation of data management frameworks that ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility. - Development of analytics tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Integration with existing systems used by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. - Ongoing support and maintenance for the implemented solutions. - Training for agency staff on utilizing the new systems effectively.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon the date of final signature and will last for three (3) years, with an option to renew for one (1) additional 24-month period.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed primarily at the Kansas Bureau of Investigation's facilities located in Topeka, Kansas.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific certifications including: - Certification regarding immigration reform and control. - Certification that the company is not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel. - Certification that the company is not engaged in procurement or obtainment of certain telecommunications equipment or services as defined by federal law. Additionally, bidders must provide a Tax Clearance Certificate as part of their submission.
