Arcserve UDP Premium Edition Annual Renewal

Background

The New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM) is seeking a vendor to provide pricing for the Arcserve UDP Premium Edition Annual Renewal. This procurement is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman-Owned Businesses (M/WBEs) and is being conducted under the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method as per Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. The total contract value may not exceed $1,500,000, including all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions.

Work Details

The contract requires the provision of the following product: Arcserve UDP Premium Edition - Managed B4E12G Cap /TB between 16 - 25 TB for a duration of 1 Year Enterprise Maintenance Renewal. The quantity required is 20 units. The renewal period starts on July 1, 2026, and ends on June 30, 2027. Bidders must complete the pricing information and upload it as a single file attachment in the document submission section of PASSPort.

The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Bidder Requirements

This solicitation is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman-Owned Businesses (M/WBEs). Bidders must comply with the Iran Divestment Act of 2012 and certify that they are not engaged in investment activities in the energy sector of Iran. Additionally, bidders must adhere to the MacBride Principles regarding nondiscrimination in employment practices related to business operations in Northern Ireland.
