Background

The Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) is seeking proposals to provide technology products as part of its mission to enhance administrative justice in New York City. This solicitation is specifically for City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) under the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, with a contract value not exceeding $1,500,000.

Work Details

The contract requires the delivery of twenty-six (26) Dell Pro Slim Plus QBS1250 units. Each unit must include the following specifications: - Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 265 processor - Windows 11 Pro operating system

16GB DDR5 RAM

- 512GB SSD storage - AMD Radeon RX 7400 graphics card - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 wireless card - Various other components such as a Dell Pro Keyboard and Mouse. All items must be new and the latest versions; refurbished or remanufactured items will not be accepted. The delivery must include inside delivery to the specified location in New York City.

Period of Performance

The anticipated contract start date is May 8, 2026, with an end date of June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be made to 66 John Street -9th Floor, New York, New York 10038.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be certified as Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs). Additionally, selected vendors will need to complete a Doing Business Data Form (LL34 Compliance), Tax Affirmation, and Bidder’s Certification of Compliance with the Iran Divestment Act. All proposals must include pricing for each item.
