Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with minimum wage rate requirements as specified in Attachment A. All employees must have completed a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA (minimum 10 hours). The contract has a combined MBE/WBE participation goal of 13%, with specific percentages for minority workforce (15.3%) and women workforce (6.9%). Additionally, participation from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (SDVOBE) is encouraged with a benchmark of 3%.
