Work Details

The project involves a complete roof replacement for two buildings, including: - Replacement of all existing flat and shingle roofing. - Installation of new gutters and downspouts. - Replacement of roofing fascia where necessary during gutter installation. - Trimming of barge rafters with metal capping as required. Total roof area of 5,290 sqft.

1530 Fell St

Total roof area of 3,933 sqft.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by May 27, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) Program requirements. A LBE Eligibility and Subcontractor Declaration must be submitted by the prime bidder if seeking an LBE rating bonus. All bidders must also be registered as Public Works Contractors (PWC) with the California Department of Industrial Relations. Additionally, bidders cannot be listed on the San Francisco Controller’s Office list of Suspended and Debarred contractors.
