CLB Fan Coil Units

Background

The OSU and A&M Systems Office of Central Procurement is seeking bids for the CLB Fan Coil Units project on the campus of Connors State College, Warner, OK. The goal of this contract is to remove and replace existing CLB Fan Coil Units as specified in the attached documents. This project aligns with the agency's mission to maintain and improve campus facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for removing and replacing CLB Fan Coil Units as per the specifications provided in the attached documents. The specific item to be provided is one (1) CLB Fan Coil Unit. The work must comply with all relevant heating, ventilation, air circulation, and distribution system standards.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period is from May 8, 2026, when bids open, until May 28, 2026, when bids close. The estimated time for project completion after receipt of the purchase order/notice to proceed will be specified by bidders in their proposals.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at Connors State College located at 700 College Road, Warner, OK 74469.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a current copy of their company's W9 form and insurance certificate meeting minimum requirements outlined in the General Conditions. New suppliers are required to demonstrate competency through previous projects and provide references. Bidders must also confirm they are registered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State and have all necessary certifications and licenses to perform the specified services.
