Scope of Work

The City of Green Bay is seeking proposals for the FINGER ROAD/EAST TOWN WAY SIDEWALK project. The work to be performed under this contract includes: - Construction of storm sewer inlet leads and storm sewer inlets - Excavation of approximately 410 cubic yards - Construction of 10,500 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway - Installation of 60 square feet of colored concrete sidewalk - Reconstruction of 330 square yards of concrete pavement - Construction of 530 linear feet of curb and gutter - Construction of gravel shoulder and asphalt shoulder - Traffic signal replacement - Construction staking - Restoration

Background

This contract is for a Public Works Improvement project titled FINGER ROAD/EAST TOWN WAY SIDEWALK. The project will be executed in accordance with the City of Green Bay Standard Specifications and Construction Standards for Public Works Construction, 2024 Edition, the 2025 Edition-Supplemental Standard Specifications, and the special provisions of this contract. All relevant documents are available for review in the City Clerk's/Treasurer's Office and the Director of Public Works Office at Green Bay City Hall.
