Qualified firms are invited to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services for the New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS) Retiree Notes Newsletters for the 2026-27 editions. The scope of work includes: - Printing and mailing a general newsletter to approximately 510,000 NYSLRS retirees and beneficiaries, twice a year (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter editions). - Meeting with NYSLRS to initiate the printing and mailing process for each edition. - Providing newsletter proofs as specified in the project specifications for each edition. - Printing the newsletters as per approved proofs. - Supplying a postage estimate to NYSLRS for each mailing. - Folding, tabbing, and mailing the newsletters. - Utilizing the Contractor's own United States Postal Service (USPS) postal permit for all domestic mailings. - Ensuring that all newsletters are mailed from a New York State post office. - Receiving a postage check from NYSLRS (made out to the US Postmaster) to cover postage costs. Background

NYSLRS distributes a general newsletter to its retiree and beneficiary population twice annually. The intent of this contract is to ensure timely and accurate production and distribution of these newsletters.

Contract Requirements

- No subcontracting is permitted; the selected Contractor must perform all services directly. - The Contractor must use their own USPS postal permit for domestic mailings. - All newsletters must be mailed from a New York State post office.
