Dept. Of Agriculture - Elba Lab - Ceiling Tile Installation

Background

The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for the replacement of ceiling tiles at the J. B. Taylor Regional Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (Elba Lab). The laboratory is located at 495 State Road 203, Elba, AL 36323. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the laboratory has a safe and functional environment by replacing old ceiling tiles with new, high-quality materials.

Work Details

The supplier will remove two hundred (200) existing ceiling tiles and replace them with two hundred (200) new 2 feet x 2 feet PVC panels. These panels must be 100% waterproof and mold resistant. The work will be coordinated with laboratory staff to minimize disruption. Services may be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM CST. The service must be completed within thirty (30) days from the issuance of the purchase order.
