OMH Rochester Psychiatric Center Rehab Elevators and Lead Containing Paint and Hazardous Waste Removals Project

The work requested under this solicitation involves the rehabilitation of elevators and the removal of lead-containing paint and hazardous waste at the Rochester Psychiatric Center. Specifically, the project includes: - Renovation of seven (7) elevators located in two (2) buildings (Buildings 60 and 16) on the RPC Campus - Removal of hazardous materials - Selective demolition - Interior finishes - Roofing work, including installation of flashings This solicitation is issued by DASNY (Dormitory Authority of the State of New York) and OMH (Office of Mental Health).
